You Need To Be Somewhere

Filed under: JV Junction, Contact Mike, Marketing, Affiliate, Impact, Offline Events, Community, Twitter — Micheal Savoie @ 1:17 am

I am booking my flight for the weekend of October 17 - 19th! I am really excited because I am heading to the last event that I will ever have to ask my employer if I can take off to go.

You Need To Be At A Seminar That Weekend!

If you have never attended a seminar before, you are keeping your business way down.  I mean ‘holding its head under water’ down. If you want to develop an income that will grow as soon as you get home, attending an event is the thing that you must do!

You will hear a tip that can stop you from spinning in circles and get you racing off to the finish line 2 months or 2 years ahead of when you would have gotten there without it.

Now you have to decide where you want to be… I recommend this one, because it is free! The Gateway To Wealth Seminar is being held in Atlanta, and the names of the people speaking and attending are like a who’s who of marketing.  First of all Keith Wellman and Gary Ambrose are the guys putting on this event, so you know it is going to attract some of the biggest marketers around.

I went to the one in Orlando last August and it totally blew me away!  I saw people so excited to be attending their first event, and it really made me happy to know that they were going to be the stars of the next 12 months, because of the powerful information that they received.  If you are close to Atlanta October 17 - 19th, you will have nothing to lose, because the cost of admission is $0.  Last time they collected a $97 deposit that they refunded once you committed to going by booking your flight and your room.

So sign up and I will give you a sneak preview of MyBloggingSchool a couple days before the rest of the world will see it!  Just use this link and then create a help desk ticket so that I can give you the link for advanced notice of MyBloggingSchool.

If you miss this, you had better be going to the one that I will be attending.  Ken McArthur is assembling another group of excellent speakers in an event that can only be called jvAlert Live Las Vegas!  The same weekend as Gateway to Wealth Seminar, October 17 - 19, in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada! Right on Lake Las Vegas (I didn’t even know there was such a place…lol), the caliber of people speaking is incredible.  I never understand how Ken does it, but he manages to outdo himself each time he puts one of these on.

Click here to see the lineup of speakers that Ken is offering you!

See Joe Sugarman, Dave Lakhani, Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Tracy Repchuk, Brad Semp, Carrie Wilkerson, Lee and Robin Collins and many more experts exposing their secrets that made them millions.  I mean, how much is that worth?

http://jvalertnews.com/reveals/jvalertlive

With the chance to be among all of these amazing guests, the price should be $4995.00 but Ken is out to get as many people in the room to absorb this knowledge!  After all, if you aren’t up to speed with the latest marketing methods, how are you supposed to be a viable Joint Venture  (JV) partner?

jvAlert Live came about because people need to meet more potential partners.  Now jvAlert Live events are responsible for some of the biggest joint ventures in the IM industry!  Ken wants to make sure that everyone leaves with at least one partnership made over the weekend, so that is why Ken invites such high caliber speakers and teachers to bring the level of potential partners higher each time we meet!

I am looking forward to seeing you on October 17 - 19 in Las Vegas (by the way, Harris Fellman is celebrating his 40th Birthday in the same hotel on Saturday Night, so expect some madness!

Have an amazing day!

PS - This is a weekend to mark on your calendar, because you will see a great deal of newbies rising from obscurity to the heights of marketing success because of an event that they attended on October 17 - 19, 2008! Are you going to be one of them?  Sign up to attend Ken McArthur’s jvAlert Live or Keith Wellman and Gary Ambrose’s Gateway to Wealth Event… either way, you will come out a winner!

Big Top Insanity - Your Best Practices

Filed under: Impact, Offline Events, Twitter — Micheal Savoie @ 10:19 pm

I just sat down on my comfy hotel room chair and I can feel my feet screaming for joy at the removal of my confining dress shoes after the first day of Life’s Golden Ticket Super Seminar!  The weather here has been awesome during the day, just a few degrees cooler than Florida and in the evening the temperature and humidity are much lower than Florida, making it great for walking and riding the public transportation.

My exhaustion will have to wait, because I have to brain dump.  I got so much out of Brendon Burchard in just one day, that I don’t see how he could add any more value tomorrow.  The guy never seems to get tired, although at one point his voice was sounding a little hoarse.

Picture this, the lights are dim, smoke fills the air and a quiet group of circus performers walk out into the center of the ring.  They suddenly all launch into various routines simultaneously with people walking on balls, jugglers, trapeze artists and clowns.  Watching this action all at one time was very disorganizing and I soon understood the point Brendon was making - running a business is like that, a complete circus all around us, distractions grabbing our focus away from our goals.

All day long Brendon kept the crowd in the room mentally by shouting “I’m Here!” and raising his hand so that the rest of the audience would repeat it.  His style of teaching brings you into the event and does not allow you to leave until your mind has been filled to the earholes.  A couple times I had to put my fingers in my ears to keep nuggets of wisdom from spilling out!

I am looking forward to an exciting Saturday with lots more surprises in store for us!  If you are in the Long Beach Area, stop by and see us!

Have an amazing day!

PS - The contest will conclude Sunday Night as we do a live broadcast from the Coast hotel.  I am also going to attempt to get a group of people together today for a broadcast tonight, so keep your eyes open for an announcement!

Don’t Be The Crack Slipper

Filed under: Articles, Marketing, Ross Goldberg, Impact, Offline Events, Community, Twitter — Micheal Savoie @ 3:57 am

I purposely left the title ambiguous and seemingly grammatically challenged. Because I refuse to be the crack slipper…

In reading Impact: How To Get Noticed, Motivation Millions and Make A Difference In A Noisy World I found that I saw myself as one of the people who never spoke loud enough to get the attention of the people I really wanted to reach. Seemed like someone was either louder than me or a distraction would interrupt the person who could make a difference for me.

In fact it came to a head in January of this year in Las Vegas. I was at the Masters Seminar and I was helping Ross Goldberg with the operation of the seminar. Among that crowd of intense personalities I pretty much blended into the shrubbery, because my focus was getting stuff done or escaping to get a few notes taken during some of the many amazing speakers.

If you read my previous posts, you probably know that cashflow has been a challenge for me, and that I give my word to people that I am going to be there and then I get there no matter what. I had maxed out most of my credit cards by the time I arrived, so food was challenging, but I would make a sale here or there on my website and then I would have the money, or one of my friends would invite me to come eat with them, and then would buy. They always made it seem like it was part of the plan, but I hated the imposition that I felt I was being.

Dr. Mike Woo Ming was speaking and I managed to get a seat near the front and I took copious notes, because Dr. Mike really delivers some good content. I mean actionable stuff that you can use and make money with. Since I believe in helping the speakers get audience participation, one time when Dr. Mike said “Who thinks $4500 is a good price for this package? Raise your hand if you would buy this product for $4500!”

I raised my hand instantly to get some social proof going for Dr. Mike, and I saw others start to raise their hands, too. But being near the front, I caught Dr. Mike’s attention.

“For taking action, you can have the package for free!”

I was floored, because that coaching program that Dr. Mike was offering was worth the $4500 easily! And the software bonuses were worth easily twice that much! I was fired up! I was going to finally get some coaching from someone who could show me how to make money in quantities that would eliminate the worry about where my next meal would come from.

I made sure I filled out the form with the required information… and I slipped through the cracks.

I don’t know what happened, but the email never arrived…

Slipping through the cracks has happened in numerous situations where I know something funny had to be going on… a blog comment that ends up being approved but on a totally buried post instead of the one I commented on. A phone call I was supposed to be scheduled for with a different mentor never happened, and I feel like a dork for speaking up. In fact I almost quit a coaching program because of it. People who say one thing in front of people about you, but their actions convey the opposite (like they totally forget you exist). In any case, I am not revisiting this as therapy for me, but for prevention for you!

I think you reach an age and a point in humility where you shred the final pieces of pride that you have left and you decide to speak up! You risk appearing negative, but you get your point across, dammit!

Speaking up must be positive. You can’t hurt others, because that is not speaking up. That is spiteful. You tell people how their behavior made you feel. You tell them that you think it was probably an oversight on their part, but that they should have done this.

It is really difficult, though, speaking up. Even as I type this sentence, I am plotting to delete this post before publishing it. I may have to publish before even reading it all the way through, because I don’t want to drag people through the mud…

But if you are reading this, then somehow this post slipped through the cracks…

Have an amazing day!

PS - I am launching a new website. It is powered by Rapid Action Profits… but with a twist. I supply the website, the bandwidth, the script and the affiliates and you pay me with a percentage of the sales and an up front setup fee.

Why would you want to do something like that?

  1. You don’t know how to set up a script on your website.
  2. You don’t want to spend that much money on the software.
  3. You don’t have time to spend with the set up and deployment.
  4. You don’t have time to gather new JV partners.
  5. You just want to create products.
  6. It is worth the smaller up front fee and percentage of commissions to not have to worry about the support and costs of running an ecommerce site.

So if you want to have one of the first products on my new site, send me a direct message on twitter - and let me know how much it is worth to you to have affiliates selling your product for instant commissions while building your list for you…

Prices are going to range from $37 to $127 and percentages will range from 10% to 3% depending on the up front payment. I would like feedback on this to know for sure that I am not being an idiot…lol.

Check out the first product up so far:

Target: Adwords - a step by step video training site that shows you how to set up site targeting campaigns on Adwords.
