The themes are what you see surrounding the content on a blog. Right now this blog is using a theme that someone else created called notebook. The themes that we are giving away for free are full versions of the themes, but there are just a limited number of them. You install them on your blog by copying them into the wordpress theme directory. I will be installing one on this blog in a few days to show you what they look like, and I will make a video of the process, so you can see how to do it yourself. I use WS-FTP for my FTP program, so some of the steps may be different, but you will get a basic idea. A cool thing about Adsense Blog Themes is the insertion of the Adsense code into the actual framework of the blog, so you don't need plug-ins like Adsense-Deluxe. I hope that answers your question.
