Impact: How You Make A Difference In The Lives Around You!

When I think of the people who I can call my closest friends, not too many people fit in that group. It isn’t that I have trouble making friends, but it is just that I tend to hover around my friends and I devote more of my time to them than anyone else.

Out of the folks that are my friends, like Ross Goldberg, Ken McArthur, Joe Clayton and Kathleen Donaghy, only one has made an Impact as much as Ken McArthur. And by Impact, I mean slam your life into another dimension kind of impact!

You see, the first time I met Ken online was when I signed up for his email list from a promotion for Sterling Valentine’s JV Formula. Somehow I got on Ken’s list and I really don’t remember how. I had just returned from a workshop in Orlando, where I had spent $700 I didn’t have plus another $400 for a hotel and I was hurting financially. My credit cards had been beyond maxed, because I had called one of them and begged them to let me go over the balance in order to pay for the hotel room…

So when I got the email from Ken inviting me to jvAlert Live in Orlando, I knew that I needed to be there, but I also knew that my business was not making enough money to pay down those bills and still leave me enough to cover the price of jvAlert and the Hotel.

I replied, not expecting anyone to receive the email, let alone getting a reply, and explained to Ken the circumstances – that I would love to be there, because I had just seen how powerful events were from the workshop I had just attended, and how I was so deep in debt that I could barely pay attention…

And less than 6 hours later I received a reply:
“Can you help out at the event?”

Wow.

I was floored. Not only had I received a reply, but I had been invited to help out and attend the event! So I went to jvAlert Live in January of 2007 and I have never missed one since! Ken took me under his wing and showed me how to run these events and keep them running smoothly. Now it never occurs to me that I may be short of cash when Ken puts on an event, I am there, because I will do anything for the man who helped me when I was down. That is the kind of impact I want to have!

You can have that kind of impact, too! Ken just released his book and today at 1PM you can grab all kinds of bonuses for buying the book from either amazon or barnes and nobel! Not only that, but you can also get into his coaching program, where you will learn how to make an impact in the world around you – one person at a time!

I am going to buy a copy of Impact (the book) for one lucky commentor to my blog. All you have to do is leave a comment on this blog post, telling me why you want to make an impact on the web!

Have an amazing day!

Micheal

PS – You can get the book and the coaching program right here!

As a vegan, I want to make an impact on the web to reach the greatest number of people for the benefit of their health and that of the planet and all her inhabitants.

    Well Micheal

No need to be modest here – I want to change the world.
Not quite all of it-just the world view of health and medicine.

Health is much much more than lack of disease and medicine is much more than the toxic chemicals doled out by “Family Physicians”,Hmmm I need at least 20, 000 words to finish this post….

O golly I think I need to cool down, :-)

The world of “Natural Medicine” is powerful, effective and empowering and this is why I came onto the web. I qualified in Naturopathy years ago and can only treat a limited number of people in my Clinic.

On the web…there are very few limits to the number I can help. If you want to make a world wide impact you are bound to use the world wide web.

    Hi, Micheal -

Thank you for making the offer to give away one free copy of Ken McArthur’s new book, Impact. I agree with Ken’s philosophy of helping individuals one at a time.

Here is why I hope to make an impact on the lives of others through the internet.

I am a scientist and researcher who has studied health and nutrition for nearly 50 years, thanks to prompting by my father, who used his own study of the subject effectively in his own life to slow his aging process and avoid illness. (He lived to almost 87 but looked like he was only in his sixties on his last day.) I am now 65 but am told I appear to be in my forties, feel like I am in my twenties, and just don’t even catch cold anymore.

This is not a big secret, though few people know how to do it. I would like to show them how by pointing them to the resources I have found through my decades of research. Essentially, it is just kowing what to eat – and what to avoid like your life depended on it (because it does).

No, this is not some diet plan – and you don’t count calories or anything else. In fact, you can eat almost anything other than invented pseudo-foods like diet soda and other things full of artificial ingredients.

Also, you don’t have to do strenuous exercise – especially if you’ve never done it before. (Jogging is actually one of the most harmful.)

And there is no need to fear cancer, arthritis, diabetes, or any other major disease or debilitating condition – IF you know the truth about their causes and cures (yes, cures – WITHOUT treatments worse than the disease and the financial ruin of their high cost). (My mother defeated lymphoma in her late 70s and lived to almost 90 without any further sign of it or any other illness, and my father swam 500 MILES of laps at his local pool in the year he was 80 and lived another seven vigorous years.)

As you can see, I am NOT just a marketer trying to break into the health niche with reworked or ghost-written articles and ebooks for sale. I have decades worth of real effective knowledge to impart to those who desire to know the truth to improve their lives.

I’m not even going to list my website here, as it’s not ready yet. I’ve been too busy fixing people’s roofs (just one of many things I do) to complete it. I’ll let you know when it’s done, and you can then decide whether your readership should know how to find it.

Anyway, thanks again for the opportunity. May the best comment win!

Well Micheal, It seems all so far want to change the world through Health.
I won’t surprise you as I have the same intentions.Except I do have a website and some life changing substances that are all Natural and will restore your body the way Nature intended us to be.
If you provide your cells with what they require, the body will heal itself. Cellular food equals Cellular energy, Cellular Energy provides optimum Health.

As was said above, the food supply in the USA is contaminated with all sorts of toxic chemicals, mentioning a few, are MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Aspartame and Hydrogenated Vegetable oil. These product are the main cause of the obesity, Diabetes and Neurological damage caused by the Mercury in our food and in Vaccinations and in silver fillings in the teeth.
I take three substances that will remove all this damage and restore most of your health back to where it should be. I won’t mention them here but they can be discovered on my blog.

My reason for this passion is I had colon cancer in 1996 at 62 years old and since I changed my life style and researched on the internet I have found the answers
I needed to make my life a healthy one at 74 now. That is my passion now is to get everyone I can, to see what
is happening at this present time and to change there ways before their bodies start the downhill struggle and trying to maintain a healthy life.

    Hi Michael,

I have been working to change the world for quite some time, my blog has even made it into the top 500000 on Alexa, but I just have not been able to turn the corner.

My girlfriend is not as supportive of my desire to succeed on the internet as she once was, but I will not quit.

I get many thanks for my efforts and lots of satisfaction from passing on what I have learned. My expertise is more in what not to do… so much so that I have registered the domain. http://www.guruofwhatnottodo.com

I do try to impact everyone I meet daily and will continue to do so. Your article is a great testimonial and tribute to Ken….working on getting to Ken’s spot.

Quite simply, I want to share the joy that pets bring to humans, including those who can no longer enjoy owning or being owned by their pets due to age or circumstances. How? By spreading the word about free and low-cost resources, especially with a view to how certain animals can be trained to serve as “pet therapy” animals, such as “Angel Animals” in nursing homes and for adults and children with disabilities.

The possibilities are endless. My main focus is on Dachshunds (@DoxieDenDiva), but others are included, for example, dolphins, assistance or service animals, etc. Part of the proceeds go to charity. Thanks for asking!

    V/R,
    Cheri

    Hey Micheal,

What an amazing person you are! And just look at the impact that you are having on the people around you.

For those of you who are new to Micheal, you should know that you are dealing with one of the most giving and considerate people that I’ve ever met.

Outstanding in EVERY good sense of that word!

Thanks for sharing your impact with the world.

    All the best,

    Ken

    Wow,

Ken, if it weren’t for your generosity, I would never have known that I could emulate you. It is always the example set by the teacher that determines the effect on the student.

Looking forward to an amazing time in Philly for both jvAlert Live and the bootcamp!

    Have an amazing day!

    Micheal

PS – Great comments by everyone so far, I am going to choose the recipient of the book on the day I receive my copies of it. So keep on adding more comments!

I see a theme here with health being a priority! I agree that this world has definitely taken a turn for the chemical side. If healthy food weren’t priced out of reach for so many people, more people would be able to partake! What it takes is a revolution in the USA, where consumers vote with their wallets. The free market works, because once enough people start buying the organic instead of the processed, the organic will be the one that companies will choose to produce, because the money will be there!

    Michael,

I believe that the Web will open up opportunities to help people around the world without having to actually be there to do it.

Our own organization, The Gates of Zion, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free internet training services to disabled people (non-disabled people as well).

Our primary business is to provide education about the fact that the federal government provides substantial tax and other financial benefits to those individuals interested in providing non-profit services to less fortunate residents of their local communites.

And with the introduction of the internet its now possible to set up an automated non-profit services web site that runs itself, and you benefit with major tax and other financial benefits.

For more information contact our organization at (925) 429-3115. When you call we’ll send you the access URL’s about how to set up your own non-profit organization and the benefits of doing so.

    Sincerely,

    Keith Boynton, Overseer
